Weeks after a root canal procedure, my temporary crown fell out and was lost. I went on line at about 11:30 p.m. on a Sat., found Emergency Dentist Atlanta, and made an online appointment for the Sunday morning of Labor Day weekend. Moments later, a human being called me to see if I was in pain or had questions and to confirm the appointment time.The staff there is first-rate - efficient, professional, friendly, and kind. I got a new temporary crown in record time from a technician with first-rate communication skills. I hope that this was my only dental emergency, but if not, I certainly know where to go!

First off, when I called, immediate response. They are articulate & precise. I was running late for my appointment so ofcourse I called and left a message. My call was returned within minutes. Asher, the front receptionist called & checked on me. Upon arrival, staff was welcoming and pleasant. Dentist Winston was very professional & informative. The entire experience was a bit more than expected. I didn't get the other staff that helped me name but overall, I will recommend. Fast, friendly and professional as well as budget friendly.

I had a really great experience here from the moment I got in to the moment I left. The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and competent. Asher the assistant was so sweet and helpful. The tech and the doctor were also so kind and helpful. They listened to me and gave me quick solutions. I will most definitely be recommending to friends and if needed come back myself.

I LOVE this place, came in for an Emergency check up for pain with my gum thinking I had an infection & they reassured me and did the x rays to confirm that I did not. They were SUPER quick as well. In & out within 1 hour! Doc & Hygienist were both ✨extremely✨ welcoming & personable, kept me chill throughout the whole anxiety I walked in with lol. Also reception was SO sweet and kind. 10/10 definitely recommend this place. Can’t thank them enough. Any issues you have, go to them, they will handle it for sure. 👍🏼 (+ it’s the next day & my swelling & pain is almost COMPLETELY gone, idk what sorcery they’re doing but keep doing it! ) lol

I want to sincerely thank the team at Emergency Dentist, especially Dr. Lemoine Dillon and the front desk receptionist Tiara (I hope I spelled her name correctly — if not, I apologize; English is not my first language). Dr. Dillon performed a tooth extraction with great professionalism — calm, steady, and without any rush. It was a big procedure for me, and I was very nervous, but the doctor took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt safe and comfortable. I'm truly grateful for her care and attention. I also want to give a special thank you to Tiara. Before the procedure, my brain wasn't working from fear — and afterward, I had a million questions. I came up to her several times, and every single time she was patient, kind, and helpful. That kind of support means so much. Thank you all for your kindness and for genuinely caring about your patients. I'm so glad I found this place. You're the best! 💛
